Payment

For online payments, the full amount will be charged to your card at the end of the checkout process.
In case of cancellations due to stock issues or any other reason, refunds will be issued to your credit card within 7 business days.


Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
For products requiring additional preparation time, the shipping period is up to 3 business days, as stated on the product page.
If any delay occurs, you will be informed immediately.

All orders are shipped from our UK facility via Royal Mail Tracked Service, one of the most reliable and widely trusted delivery providers in the United Kingdom.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an address where you are available during the day.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and handed over to the courier within up to 3 business days.

Payment Tracking

If the system is unable to complete the transaction for any reason, you will be notified on the payment page.

If there is an issue with the provided delivery address, we will contact you to resolve it.

The validity of the email address provided during checkout is confirmed by an automatic email sent once your order is placed.

We are responsible both to our customers and to the bank providing the credit card system to ensure proper delivery procedures.


Important Notice

If you believe that the package was damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the courier.
If you notice any damage, do not accept the package and request a damage report.

Once the package is accepted, it is assumed that Royal Mail has fulfilled its delivery obligation properly.

Once we receive your report, we will begin processing your case and arrange a replacement shipment as quickly as possible.

If you briefly explain the reason for your return in the email, it will help us improve our product and service quality.
